Deposit
A deposit of £100 is payable on application, which is only returnable if a place is unavailable for you at the school. The balance of your fee is due by 1st June.

Refunds
Due to our contract with Shrewsbury School, we regret that, from 30 June 2009, we will be unable to refund the entire balance of your fee, should you be forced to cancel your booking.

Insurance
We strongly advise all students to take out suitable holiday insurance.

Sharing
Shared accommodation is available, but we are not able to make any reduction for people sharing as we are offered no discount from Shrewsbury School.

Payment
We are introducing a new payment system this year. If you wish, you can pay for your course in instalments, with any top-up being payable by 1 June 2009 . Details will be sent to you with confirmation of your booking. It is also possible to make single payments by cheque. We are not able to accept payment by credit or debit card.

Bursaries

Bursaries are available to selected students in the form of a reduction in course fees. If you wish to be considered for a Bursary please tick the box on the Application Form, in order to be sent a Bursary Application form. The following considerations are taken into account:
– Do you have a low income or depend on parental support?
– Do you have very high travel costs?
– Can you provide references or letters of support?
– Will your attendance contribute to the Summer School in a musical or practical way?

*This fee includes an element towards the cost of House Parents.
