Course requirements
Entry to the Solo Singing course is by audition. All singers should send a recent good-quality recording with their application. It is expected that applicants will be currently receiving singing lessons. First-time applicants should send a reference from their teacher. Please note that we have also introduced a new Young Singers course this year.

The Solo Singers and Piano Accompaniment courses are organised in tandem so that each Solo Singer is paired with a single Piano Accompanist for the duration of the Summer School. Piano Accompanists can expect to work with two Solo Singers. Each duo will receive daily tuition from one of the three tutors.

Solo singing repertoire
Schumann Liederkreis op. 39
Fauré settings of Verlaine's poetry
